Property Management.

 

This service is offered to any owner who cannot permanently manage their property. It may be that the owner lives in another country or is semi retired or incapacitated.

This service is essential for the successful operation of the properties and to ensure the best return is achieved.

In addition to monitoring overall management of the property, we will also monitor expenses and income to ensure the property is running efficiently in the absence of the owner.

A report will be provided each month.

Report on Current Status and Management.

 

An up to date current status report enables a client to easily enter financial transactions, take loans, create provisions for the future and have transparent dealings with banking institutions and shareholders.

Rural Adjustment Application and Reviews.

 

McNamara Agribusiness will complete your applications for interest subsidies and low cost loans and will present them to the relevant authority for consideration.

The Government has made these measures of assistance available and it is important that you have the application completed correctly to allow a speedy decision to be made.
